The Reboot Programme is designed to support 16 x Female Led Glasgow SMEs, who have been experiencing significant trading difficulties since COVID19 started.

As each business restarts, business leaders will face a significantly different environment. Industry experts will support you through this period of significant change, helping you to identify and deliver the changes that are needed to thrive once again.

Designed to support female business leaders navigate a changed environment and drive profitability.

This programme is designed in response to the themes where the Scottish SME market need help the most.

The programme is by application only (please see application form download below). Closing date for applications is Thursday 10 September 2020 at 5pm. All applicants will be notified of outcome on Monday 28 September 2020.

delivered as 9 webinars and 9 follow up sessions

Developing leadership capability through understanding your own leadership style. Helps to develop relationships with your employees to foster a more productive and positive working environment.

Exploring Vision & Purpose and identify gaps that may exist, for your own strategy development. Support to identify and review potential new income streams and how these opportunities can align to your strategy. 

Guidance and coaching on getting & keeping customers, through Market, Message & Media. Developing your message, branding and sales strategy will also be explored to support your Purpose.

A review of the Systems, Resources and Tools required to help your business recover and grow. Gain clarity on taking action, how to get results and how to evaluate your performance
